McCormick Pure Lemon Extract. Originates from the oil in the lemon rind. It is excellent as a flavoring for baked goods and for other desserts. However, lemon extract cannot be substituted for lemon juice in a recipe. Adds flavor to breads, cakes, cookies, muffins, pies, and frostings/glazes. Perfect in custards, sorbet, sauces, marinades, yogurt, mousse, and compound butters. Kosher OU Ingredients: Alcohol (83%), Water, and Oil of Lemon.
